For most of my life people have been talking about the pension time bomb, and the cost of an aging population.Well it seems the future arrives in 2012.
"From 2012, the European working-age population is forecast to start shrinking, while the over-60 population will increase by about 2 million people a year. The EU expects the strongest pressure from 2015-2035, as the baby-boom generation enters retirement"
No growth and more pensioners to pay and less babies futures to mortgage. When I was a lad the future was always comfortably in the future.
